These Terms of Use ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and We Rise Empowerment and Wellness Services ("WEREWS," "we," "us," or "our") regarding your access to and use of our website, services, wellness programs, life coaching services, and related offerings (collectively, the "Services"). By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Services.
You must be at least 18 years old to use our Services. By using our Services, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. If you are using our Services on behalf of a minor, you represent that you are the parent or legal guardian and have the authority to bind the minor to these Terms.

If you create an account with us, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to:
Fees for our Services are as specified at the time of purchase. You agree to pay all fees associated with your use of the Services. Payment terms, including refund policies, cancellation policies, and any applicable fees, will be provided at the time of purchase or enrollment. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing or required by applicable law.
Life coaching and wellness coaching services provided by WEREWS are not medical, psychological, or psychiatric services. Our coaches are not licensed healthcare providers, therapists, or medical professionals. Coaching services are designed to support personal growth, goal achievement, and wellness optimization, but they do not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition.
You should always seek the advice of qualified health professionals for medical, psychological, or psychiatric concerns. If you have or suspect you have a medical or mental health condition, please consult with a licensed healthcare provider.

All content, materials, text, graphics, logos, images, and other information available through the Services are the property of WEREWS or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content without our prior written consent.
You may cancel your participation in our Services at any time, subject to any applicable cancellation policies. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, with or without cause or notice, for any reason, including if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease.
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WEREWS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless WEREWS, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Canada and the Province of Manitoba, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Manitoba, Canada.
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If we make material changes, we will provide notice by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the Services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
